Citizen Watch presents the ATTESA model BY1009-64Y equipped with the newest technologies in a limited edition (2,100 pieces worldwide).
Powered by Eco-Drive, this Super Titanium™ watch has a solid, dynamic look that reflects the evolution of technological innovation in ispace's HAKUTO-R program. It has a world time function, anti-reflective sapphire glass, 10 bar water resistance and is equipped with the Luna program, which calculates the moon phase for each day based on the date signals received from the radio transmitters. The latest moon phase is then automatically displayed in the moon phase window on the dial. The structured ink on the dial creates a rough texture inspired by the characteristic patterns on the face of the moon.
This model was developed in collaboration with our corporate partner ispace, inc. as part of their commercial HAKUTO-R Lunar research program. Founded in 2010, Ispace is a publicly traded company focused on lunar exploration and resource development. CITIZEN became a corporate sponsor of the program in 2019. CITIZEN Super Titanium™ is part of the landing legs of the HAKUTO-R lunar module.
Spectacular radio-controlled chronograph from the Attesa collection with a black and gold Super Titanium™ case and bracelet (Duratect DLC), sapphire glass and gold-colored dial with a moon look. Equipped with caliber H874 with Eco-Drive mechanism, radio reception, world time, moon phase display, 24-hour display, date and 10 bar water resistance. Case diameter: 41.5 mm, limited to 2,400 pieces worldwide.
